Raphael Lapuma

Raphael LaPuma is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Director of Software Engineering at Force4Good Fundraising since March 2022. Prior to this role, Raphael worked as a Software Architect and Senior Developer at VOLTAGE AD from February 2018 to March 2022, specializing in web apps and internal tools for major clients. As the Owner and Principal Developer of Artisanize LLC from March 2014 to February 2022, Raphael provided freelance SaaS services. At InfoArmor, Raphael progressed from Software Engineer to Lead Full Stack Web Developer from March 2011 to February 2018, leading projects to modernize services and enhance user experiences. Earlier in the career, Raphael gained experience in web design and IT support at the University of Colorado at Boulder, and completed an internship with the Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra. Raphael holds an MS in Computer Science: Software Engineering and Database Technologies from Regis University and dual BAs in English and Italian from the University of Colorado Boulder.
