Paula de Paco Luque

Paula de Paco Luque has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Paula currently works as a UX Product Designer at ForceManager since 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Red Points, including Detections Team Lead, Internet Analyst, and Product Quality Analyst. During their time at Red Points, they were responsible for coordinating and managing teams, implementing automation strategies, and automating processes. Paula also worked as a Store Co Manager at adidas and SPRINTER from 2017 to 2018 and from 2015 to 2017, respectively. Before transitioning to the corporate world, they worked as a Lawyer/Criminologist at Penitentiary Center Wad-Ras in 2015. Overall, Paula has demonstrated their abilities in team management, process automation, and legal expertise throughout their career.

Paula obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Paula attended the university from 2011 to 2015.

Paula then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, which they started in 2015 and is expected to finish in 2023.

Paula also attended Ironhack in 2022 to pursue a course in UX/UI Design.

In addition to their formal education, Paula has obtained several certifications. In April 2019, they completed "Actualización en psicopatía" from the Universitat de Lleida. In June 2018, they obtained "Competencias TIC" from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.

Paula has also completed various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Giving and Receiving Feedback," "Thriving @ Work: Leveraging the Connection between Well-Being and Productivity," "Time Management: Working from Home," and "Tips for Working Remotely." These certifications were obtained in November and December 2020.
