Xavier Monraba Mateos

Xavier Monraba Mateos has a solid work experience in various roles focusing on customer care, help desk support, and technical assistance. Xavier'smost recent position was as a Customer Care Coordinator at ForceManager starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Customer Care Agent at the same company from March 2020 to October 2022.

Before joining ForceManager, Xavier worked at Econocom from 2014 to 2020. During their time there, they held the role of Help Desk N2 del Institut Municipal d’Informàtica de Barcelona (IMI) from January 2018 to February 2020, where they were responsible for coordinating the afternoon shift and ensuring compliance with SLAs. Xavier also provided remote and phone support to users. From August 2014 to December 2017, they worked as a Help Desk N1 de la Xarxa de Biblioteques Municipals de Barcelona (XBM), where they handled phone and remote support, incident registration, and initial incident resolution.

Xavier also gained experience as a PHP Programmer Intern at La genial, Plataforma Creativa from March 2012 to June 2012, where they created and maintained a website using PHP and MySQL. Xavier started their career as a Teleoperator at Emergia contact center in April 2011, handling phone support, customer assistance, and incident management for clients. Xavier had earlier internships at PC ALTEKO SYSTEMS BDN SL in November 2008 to January 2009 as a Computer Technician, conducting computer repairs and customer support, and at BDN Serveis Assistencials from March 2008 to June 2008 as a Computer Technician, handling computer repairs, printer configuration, and user support.

Xavier Monraba Mateos began their education in 2007 at IES Badalona 7, where they pursued a Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio de Explotación de Sistemas Informáticos (ESI) degree. This program focused on the field of study of Informática and lasted until 2009. After completing this degree, Xavier moved on to IES la Pineda in 2010, where they pursued a Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior de Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Informáticas (DAI) degree. This program focused on Programación informática, aplicaciones específicas and lasted until 2012. Finally, Xavier joined Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in 2012 and is currently enrolled pursuing a degree in Ingeniería Informática, although the end year for this program is unknown.
