Marcelo Flores, P.Eng.

Marcelo Flores, P.Eng. has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Marcelo started their career in 2004 as an Electronics Technologist at Vasogen Inc. From 2007 to 2008, Marcelo worked as a System and Subsystem Verification Lead at SCIEX. In 2008, they joined Excelitas Technologies Corp. as a Manufacturing Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Continuous Improvement Leader from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, Marcelo joined G&W Electric Co. as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer. Currently, they are working at Forcen Inc. as the Lead Quality Engineer. Marcelo's work experience spans over several years and demonstrates their expertise in engineering and quality assurance.

Marcelo Flores, P.Eng., holds a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from McMaster University. Marcelo also obtained a Certificate in Business Management from McMaster University. Additionally, Marcelo has an Advanced Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology from Sheridan College.

Marcelo Flores has additional certifications including a P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) designation from the Professional Engineers Ontario. Marcelo is also a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certified by the American Society for Quality.
