Ioseba Tena

Ioseba Tena is an accomplished professional in the maritime defence sector with extensive experience in strategic leadership and business development. Currently serving as Managing Director at Forcys since June 2022, Ioseba has also held the position of Commercial Director at the same company. Prior to Forcys, Ioseba worked at Sonardyne International Ltd from November 2016 to June 2022, where responsibilities included Head of Defence and Global Business Manager for both Defence and Robotics and Marine Robotic Systems. Earlier career achievements include roles as Sales & Marketing Manager and Product Manager at SeeByte, where Ioseba contributed to the company's growth in advanced software for underwater sensors. Additionally, Ioseba's academic background includes a PhD and BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, as well as research experience at the Ocean Systems Laboratory.
