James Ryan Campbell, CTS has a diverse work experience in the audiovisual industry. James Ryan is currently working as a Divisional Sales Manager at Ford Audio-Video, starting in January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as an Account Manager at the same company from February 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Ford Audio-Video, James worked at PSAV from 2013 to 2021, holding various positions. James Ryan started as an Event Technology Specialist III in September 2013 and was responsible for basic set up and operation of audiovisual systems for live events. James Ryan then advanced to become a Lead Technician, where they handled intermediate-level set up and operation of audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. As a Senior Technician, their duties included accurate and timely handling of intermediate audiovisual equipment. In their next role as a Senior Technician and Floor Manager, James was responsible for the accurate setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment, exceeding customer expectations throughout the process. Finally, they served as the Director of Event Technology, overseeing the daily floor activities and workflow of technicians, managing inventory control, and ensuring the timely delivery of equipment and services to clients.

Prior to their career in the audiovisual industry, James Ryan Campbell, CTS was a student at Full Sail University from August 2011 to August 2013.

James Ryan Campbell, CTS obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Show Production and Touring from Full Sail University. In December 2020, they also earned a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification from AVIXA.
