Gianni Saretta

Gianni Saretta is an experienced professional in the automotive and engineering sectors, currently serving as the General Zone Manager for Parts and Service at Ford Australia since July 2023. Previously, Gianni held various roles at Ford Motor Company from February 2011 to July 2023, including Special Project Manager and Contact Center & Consumer Experience Lead for International Markets, as well as overseeing recall operations and warranty cost reduction initiatives across Asia Pacific and Africa. Prior to Ford, Gianni worked as an Engineer at RYCO Group Pty Ltd, implementing ISO9001 Quality Management Systems and conducting supplier quality audits. Gianni's career began as a Technical Sales Engineer at MacDonald Johnston, collaborating with government and council bodies on product tenders. Gianni holds an MBA and a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Australian Institute of Management, as well as a degree in Manufacturing and Management Engineering from RMIT University.
