Francesca Vollaro

Francesca Vollaro currently serves as the Global Director of Total Rewards and People Operations at the Ford Foundation, a position held since July 2022. Prior experience includes several significant roles at the Girl Scouts of the USA, including Sr. Director of Total Rewards and Talent Operations and Sr. Director of Process Improvement and Change Management. Francesca has also held leadership positions at Volare Global Solutions, Victory Worldwide Transportation, and Santa Fe Relocation Services, where expertise in change management and business process improvement has been emphasized. Earlier in the career, Francesca was the Sr. Vice President of Relocation Services at The Pasha Group and a General Manager at Interdean Interconex. Francesca's foundational experience began at Graebel, where responsibilities included Vice President of Operations. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus, earned between 2001 and 2012.
