George Baldwin

George Baldwin has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Assistant Director and General Manager at ROCKET FARM RESTAURANTS LLC since March 2019. Previous roles include General Manager at Urban Cookhouse LLC, Operations Director and Regional Manager for the Southeast at YEAH! BURGER, and Operating Partner at Maki Fresh. George also held the position of Regional Manager at Zoes Kitchen from July 2007 to June 2013. George Baldwin holds a degree in Hospitality from Auburn University, completed from 1995 to 1999, and graduated from Fairhope High School in 1995.
