María Fernanda Rojas Márquez

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, nutrition, and entrepreneurial initiatives. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and practicing as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed as a university instructor in a vocational training school, teaching courses in applied mathematics and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
