Bridget Halanski

Bridget Halanski is a seasoned industry professional with extensive experience in model management and talent development. Currently serving as Director of Ford Models, Inc. in Miami since September 2025, Bridget leads a team of agents to enhance revenue and scout new talent. Prior to this role, Bridget held multiple positions at Select Model Management, including Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer from January 2021 to October 2025 and Vice President of Runway, US from October 2008 to January 2020. Earlier career experiences include a Talent Agent role at Irene Marie Model Management and a Dean of Education position at John Robert Powers, where talent development was a key focus. Bridget began the journey in the entertainment industry as an intern at WSVN CHANNEL 7, producing segments for a South Florida audience. Educated at the University of Miami with degrees in Broadcasting Communications and Theatre Arts, Bridget combines creative and managerial expertise in the competitive modeling landscape.
