Robson Souza serves as the Body Shop Maintenance Team Manager at Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa since October 2022, overseeing safety, quality, flow, cost, equipment management, and environmental optimization. Previously, Robson held various leadership roles at Ford Motor Company from February 2008 to October 2022, notably managing paint shop engineering and maintenance, and launching key equipment for new vehicle models. With a strong educational background, including an MBA in Project Management from FGV and a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robson has successfully implemented continuous improvement initiatives and cost-effective strategies while managing maintenance budgets and ensuring compliance with corporate standards throughout a distinguished career in manufacturing management.
