Aja Johnson

Aja Johnson is an experienced professional currently serving as a Purchasing Program Control at Ford Motor Company since September 2022, where responsibilities include representing Purchasing in NML meetings and organizing agendas for directors. Aja has been a mentor with the Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program since March 2012, supporting at-risk girls in Metro Detroit through career-focused initiatives and empowerment activities. Additionally, Aja has provided financial counseling and public speaking services since March 2006 under Aja's Real Life Finances LLC, with a focus on budgeting, debt cancellation, and credit repair. Previous experience also includes roles as a part-time teller at JPMorgan Chase and a buyer at Ford Motor Company from 2000 to 2009. Aja holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Wayne State University.
