Chad Kolter

Chad Kolter has extensive experience in both security and emergency services. Currently, Chad serves in Corporate Security at Ford Motor Company since October 2024 and as a Sergeant with the City of Shively, KY since August 2023. Previously, Chad worked as a Safety Coordinator at Louisville Dryer Company from October 2023 to October 2024, and served as a Sergeant with the Shively Police Department from February 2013 to August 2023. Chad's background in firefighting includes roles as a Firefighter/Engineer EMT with Okolona Fire Protection District since August 2003, as a Firefighter EMT with Middletown Fire Protection District from February 2010 to February 2013, and as a Captain EMT with Zoneton Fire District from September 2000 to February 2013. Chad's educational foundation was established at Jefferson Community College in Kentucky, where studies were completed from 2002 to 2005.
