Holly Woodruff Aikens

Holly Woodruff Aikens has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Global Lead Chassis Buyer for Full Frames at Ford Motor Company since March 2000. In this role, Aikens oversees approximately $1 billion in annual purchases, including significant projects like the 2015 F-150 and 2017 Super Duty full frames. Previous roles at Ford include Global Lead Buyer for Powertrain and Vehicle Purchasing Program Management, where Aikens facilitated procurement processes for numerous vehicle models. Before joining Ford, Aikens held various purchasing and engineering positions at Detroit Diesel and completed an industrial engineering co-op at Kellogg Company. Aikens holds an MBA with a finance emphasis from Oakland University and a BS in Applied Engineering Science from Michigan State University.
