James Meyers has extensive experience in powertrain engineering, currently serving as the Lead Hybrid Powertrain Calibration Engineer at Ford Motor Company since June 2019. Previously, James held various engineering roles at Ford, including Hybrid Powertrain Calibration Engineer, eDrive Test Engineer, and Powertrain Integration Engineer. James also contributed to the University of North Dakota's Formula SAE team as Team President and Powertrain Lead, overseeing engineering activities and leading the design and testing of vehicle powertrains. James gained additional experience through internships at Ford focusing on powertrain control systems and electrified powertrain calibration. Educationally, James holds a Master's degree in Energy Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
