Jessica Muir 白洁 is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social media content strategy and digital advisory roles. Currently serving as the Social Media Content and Strategy Lead at Ford Motor Company since May 2022, and as a Senior Advisor on Digital Content at MacroPolo since January 2022, Jessica specializes in simplifying complex issues regarding China’s political economy, technology, and energy sectors. As the Founder and CEO of I Know This Spot Productions since July 2009, Jessica has developed a streamlined content organization process and led international business development and brand strategies for a diverse range of multinational clients. Jessica holds a B.S. in Public Relations and Mandarin Chinese from Ohio University and received recognition for excellence in Chinese Studies from Middlebury College.
