Joshua Wheeler

Joshua Wheeler is a Technical Specialist and Supervisor in Advanced Audio and Interaction Technologies at Ford Motor Company, where interaction and audio application innovations are his focus since joining in June 2000. His extensive career includes roles as Senior Engineer in Advanced Voice and Audio Technology Research and as a Signal Processing & Advanced Voice Recognition Research Engineer. Joshua has been involved in developing next-generation voice interaction technologies, enhancing customer satisfaction, and creating solutions for autonomous vehicle applications. Notably, Joshua has a strong foundation in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), contributing significantly to Ford’s vehicle engineering standards and product development processes. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University.
