Mario Pichardo is a highly experienced engineer specializing in seat structures and motors, currently serving Ford Motor Company as a D&R / Core Engineer and Smart Motors Lead Engineer. With a strong background in engineering management, Mario has led teams in developing new DC motor technologies and completed DFMEAs for various seating components at China SHB Group. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Ford Motor Company, where Mario was involved in the design and development of innovative seat mechanisms for high-profile models, ensuring performance improvements and cost reductions. Mario's career began at Bosch México, with a trajectory encompassing roles as a product engineer and mechanical designer, complemented by a Master’s in Product Development and Design.
