With extensive experience at General Motors, Nicole held several key positions including Assistant Plant Manager and Engineering Group Manager for Operational Excellence, as well as Assistant Plant Manager and Engineering Manager for Castings. Currently, Nicole serves as the Assistant Plant Manager at Ford Motor Company, contributing valuable expertise to the automotive industry.
