Noel Frost

Noel Frost has extensive experience in internal control and compliance at Ford Motor Company since July 2002, currently serving as the lead for Purchasing Internal Control and previously for PD Internal Control. Noel has been a subject matter expert on purchasing procedures and policies, overseeing compliance and corrective actions across various departments while interfacing with senior management. Prior to Ford, Noel held significant roles at Chrysler, including Superintendent of the Gear Division and Internal Audit/Quality Assurance Manager, managing large teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Noel's educational background includes an MBA in Strategic Management from Davenport University.
