Paul Gerbi is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Body Construction Engineering Tooling, Controls, Joining & Productivity Manager at Ford Motor Company since December 2009. Paul has held various leadership roles at Ford, focusing on new model program joining technologies, supervising engineering teams, and optimizing processes for body construction utilizing diverse materials such as steel, aluminum, and carbon fiber.
