Rebecca Faerber

Rebecca Faerber has extensive experience in cyber security and technical documentation, currently serving as the Manufacturing Cyber Security Services Manager at Ford Motor Company since September 2004. In this role, Rebecca defines strategic direction and leads the operational deployment of Industrial Controls Systems cyber security solutions, enhancing Ford's defenses against cyber threats. Previous roles at Ford include Architect and Consultant in Cyber Security Policy and Strategy and Global IT Internal Controls Coordinator, where Rebecca developed security policies aligned with ISO standards and coordinated global IT compliance programs. Earlier career experiences include positions in technical writing and quality assurance across various companies, where Rebecca managed documentation projects, developed training materials, and performed software testing.
