Rima Ghafari Jasser

Rima Ghafari Jasser has extensive experience at Ford Motor Company since August 1993, currently serving as the Global Chair for the Women of Ford Employee Resource Group, which focuses on empowering and supporting women within the organization. Rima's previous roles at Ford include Global Director of FPS and Six Sigma, Paint Area Manager, and various positions in Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering. Rima has played a key role in implementing Lean Manufacturing practices and optimizing production systems across multiple global regions. Additionally, Rima serves on the Board of Directors for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation and is pursuing a Master's in Engineering/Industrial Management at Eastern Michigan University. Rima holds multiple degrees from Kettering University in Operations Management and Manufacturing Management, as well as a Bachelor's in Chemistry from Wayne State University.
