Vasu Ramaswamy

Vasu Ramaswamy has extensive experience in digital IT and investment management, with significant roles at Ford Motor Company from August 2018 to March 2021, including Senior Director of Enterprise Digital IT Services and Senior Director of IT Investment Services. Responsibilities included overseeing software used by Ford IT teams, managing a global IT demand management process supporting annual investments of approximately $550 million, and leading investment process transformations. Vasu's earlier career includes serving as a Flight Lieutenant in the Indian Air Force, where oversight of productivity and quality targets was emphasized, along with experience at Honda Motor India Pvt. Ltd. in assembly operations. Vasu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras and recently completed an Advanced Program in Digital Business Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
