With over two decades of experience at Ford Otosan, Emel has held various roles, including Agile Coach & Consultant, Central Planning Senior Manager, and Supply Chain Development Senior Manager, contributing to organizational agility and operational efficiency. Emel's expertise encompasses change management, supply chain strategies, and successful new product launches. Prior to Ford, Emel worked as a Lead Software Engineer at İGSAŞ. Emel holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and has furthered education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus and a recent program from Harvard Business School Online.
