Ender Topuz

Ender Topuz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and project management within the automotive and technology industries. Currently serving as a Software Development and Maintenance Supervisor at Ford Otosan since 2008, Ender leads a diverse team responsible for critical functions across various departments, while also managing outsourced teams and contributing to Agile and Digital Transformation projects. Previous roles include Business Analyst and Software Architect at Ford Otosan, where Ender developed software requirements and project management methodologies, and ERP Project Engineer at Farplas, where Ender implemented ERP systems. Ender holds a Master of Business Administration from Koç University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Istanbul Technical University, along with additional qualifications from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
