Neslihan Duygun

Neslihan Duygun is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team Member at Ford Otosan since March 2015. Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, facilitating new hire orientations, and managing HR-related inquiries, as well as supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. Neslihan has also contributed as a Learning and Development Specialist and has experience in project-based roles focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion at Koç Holding A.Ş.
