Tahsin Firinci

Tahsin FIRINCI has over 25 years of experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the Maintenance and Construction Leader at Ford Otosan since October 2001. Tahsin's expertise includes overseeing construction projects, developing maintenance operations, and managing environmental regulations. Previous roles include Maintenance and Facilities Manager, Maintenance Manager in the Paint Area, and Maintenance Team Leader in the Body Shop, where significant achievements include the timely launch of Transit Connect and Transit Line, the implementation of the Maximo maintenance program, and the development of the first robot cell at Otosan. Prior to Ford Otosan, Tahsin worked as an Electro-Mechanic Team Leader at Calik Holding, gaining extensive experience in plant operations. Tahsin holds a Master's degree in Big Data and Business Analytics and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
