Scott Rumfield

Scott Rumfield, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product line management and project leadership across various industries, including automotive and healthcare. Currently serving as the Salesforce Modernization and Enablement Product Line Manager at Ford Pro since June 2023, Rumfield drives technical enhancements and modernization initiatives. Previously, tenure at Ford Motor Company included leadership roles such as President of the Ford Veterans Network Group ERG, advocating for veterans' concerns and enhancing hiring practices, as well as significant contributions in product management and data analytics. Earlier career stages involved project management positions at IBM, where Rumfield led large-scale enterprise projects for Dow Chemical and provided consulting services for governmental clients.
