Christy Rinn has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Christy started their career in 1999 at Carlson Marketing Worldwide, where they held positions as an Automotive Account Sales Manager, Team Leader, and Sr. Project Manager until 2010. Christy then joined Acxiom as a Business Operations Manager for General Motors CRM Business Operations from 2010 to 2011. Following that, they worked as a Project Manager at MXM Health (formerly known as Big Communications) from 2011 to 2013. Christy joined FordDirect in 2013 and has held multiple roles in the company, including Product Manager, Consumer Marketing, Customer Acquisition Manager, Manager of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances/Portfolio Strategy, and Sr. Manager of Data Integrations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of OEM Engagement, FCSD and CX at FordDirect.

Christy Rinn has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Advertising from Wayne State University. Christy also holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Marketing from Walsh College. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the PMC Level I certification from Pragmatic Institute in 2021 and has completed the Internal ISO Project Auditor program from Eastern Michigan University Center for Quality between 2007 and 2010.
