Jacky Ruan

Jacky Ruan is an experienced professional in customer service and vendor management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Fordeal since August 2021. Previously, Ruan held the position of Senior Expert of BPO Management at 拼多多, where responsibilities included optimizing vendor procurement processes and negotiating service prices. Earlier roles include BPO&ITO Management Expert at 阿里巴巴, Customer Service Manager at 简柏特 and 广发银行, and BPO Department Head at AIA Technology Shared Services, where Ruan managed KPIs and improved service quality. Ruan began a career at 汇丰 as an Assistant Operations Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager. Ruan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, completed in 2013.
