Ryan O'Connor

Ryan O'Connor serves as President and Chief Executive Officer at Clinton Management, overseeing a property management and leasing company that manages over 6,000 units. Additionally, Ryan holds the position of Chairman of the Board for the Executive Advisory Council at Fordham University's Real Estate Institute and teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University, focusing on property budgets, financial management, and property management principles. Previously, Ryan was Senior Vice President and Head of Rental Property Management at Douglas Elliman Property Management, where responsibilities included operations and P&L performance for a large rental division. Ryan began the career at Douglas Elliman Property Management as an Account Executive and subsequently held roles as Onsite Property Manager and Property Management Specialist. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
