William T. Colona

William T. Colona is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government relations and higher education. Currently serving as Special Assistant to the Provost and Assistant Vice President for Government Relations, Federal and Urban Affairs at Fordham University, Colona has held multiple positions within the university since February 2019. Prior to this, Colona worked at Pace University as Director of Government and Community Relations, where responsibilities included monitoring public policy and serving as a liaison with officials and community stakeholders. Colona's previous experience includes roles at Publicolor, the U.S. House of Representatives, Georgetown University, and an internship with the United States Senate. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership Administration and Policy from Fordham University, a Master's degree in Social and Public Policy from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Scranton.
