Rekha Sheth

Rekha Sheth has worked for a number of companies since 1991. Rekha began their career as an EHS at Temple University, followed by Manager of Corporate Affairs and R&D at US Advanced Medical Research in 1999. In 2002, they were Vice President at Skin Health Solutions and in 2007, they were EHS Manager / Process Engineer at UTC Fire & Security. In 2010, they were Compliance Director at Sodexo, where they managed multi-site compliance performance metrics in a GxP environment. From 2012 to 2019, they were Senior Project Manager at The FlexPro Group, where they managed tech transfer and developed tools and processes to track OTD to CMC team. Currently, they are Director at Fore Biotherapeutics.

Rekha Sheth began their educational journey at the University of Delaware, where they obtained a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (BCHE) in 1986. Rekha then returned to the educational sphere in 1994, attending Temple University for two years, though they did not receive a degree or focus on a particular field of study.
