Michelle Chang currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Director of Strategic Affairs at the NYC Department of Education, where Michelle oversees the daily management and support of all teams within the Office of Family and Community Empowerment. Prior to their current role, Michelle held positions at FOREFRONT Charity, Teach For America, J.P. Morgan, and American Red Cross, showcasing their diverse experience in education, development, trading, and marketing. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University School of Education and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University.
