James Williams

James Williams has extensive experience in environmental services and hospitality management, currently serving as the Director of Environmental Services at Forefront Culinary & Support Services since November 2020 and also holding the same title at HHS, LLC since March 2016. Previous roles include Assistant Director at HHS and Night Manager at Embassy Suites, where responsibilities included managing front office activities and ensuring compliance with hotel standards. Additionally, James has experience in security management, having worked as a Senior Security Officer for the Chicago Bulls and a Security Officer at the United Center. Earlier in their career, James was the Front Office Manager at The Palmer House Hotel & Restaurant, overseeing concierge and front desk operations. James holds a BS in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Coahoma Community College.
