Sarah Edwards, RDN, EMBA, currently serves as the Clinical Nutrition Manager at Forefront since September 2023. With a robust background in nutrition and dietetics, Sarah held multiple roles at Creative Dining Services from August 2013 to June 2023, including Food Service Director and Clinical Dietitian, where Sarah conducted nutritional assessments for long-term care residents. Prior experience as a Long Term Care Nutritional Consultant at Healthcare Services Group entailed executing assessments for skilled nursing care residents. A graduate of Life University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Sarah also completed the competitive Dietetic Internship at the same institution. In addition to their clinical experience, Sarah has expertise in pharmacy management, having worked as a Lead Pharmacy Technician, and has a strong foundation in education as a teacher's assistant in various scientific subjects. Sarah holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
