Keo Velasquez is an accomplished culinary and hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate Operations at Forefront Living since July 2022. Previously, Keo held the position of Executive Director at Watermark Retirement Communities, overseeing operations and compliance at The Preston of the Park Cities. Prior roles include Director of Hospitality Operations at Harbor Retirement Associates, where Keo established a premier training property, and Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, managing extensive culinary operations. With experience as Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef at Vi, and creating culinary experiences as Executive Chef at Urbano Cafe and Private Chef for elite households, Keo displays a robust leadership background.
