Kristen Jordan

Kristen Jordan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and senior living sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at The Outlook at Windhaven for Forefront Living since October 2023, Kristen previously held the same title at The Village of River Oaks under The Aspenwood Company from August 2020 to October 2023, where a significant achievement included a 12% year-over-year increase in trust index scores. Prior management roles included General Manager positions at Hotel Equities and General Manager of Richmond Marriott West under Columbia Sussex Corporation. Kristen also excelled in various sales and analytics roles at Allianz Partners, where responsibilities included monitoring sales performance and improving profitability strategies. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, along with additional educational credentials from Erie Community College, the University of Miami Herbert Business School, and Colegio International de Caracas.
