Ronald Lilly

Ronald Lilly has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles within the sales, marketing, and development sectors. Ronald started their career as a General Manager at Loctite in 1976 and held this position for nearly two decades. From 1994 to 2003, Ronald served as Vice President of Marketing and later as Vice President of the Automotive Business Unit at Scapa Tapes. In 2003, they became the President of Alltis Corporation, where they utilized their expertise in sales, marketing, and product development for specialty manufacturing companies. Ronald then joined Forefront Medical Technology in 2009 as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Throughout their career, Ronald has demonstrated their ability to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and develop strategic plans for various industries including medical disposables, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, automotive, and electronics.

Ronald Lilly earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Business Management from Tri-State University, where they studied from 1968 to 1972. Ronald later pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Management from Rensselaer at Work, completing the program from 1988 to 1990.
