Kristin Frooshani serves as the Chief Legal Officer at ForeFront Power since January 2017, where responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various contracts related to power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement & construction contracts, and renewable energy credit agreements, as well as leading diligence on project and entity acquisitions. Previously, Kristin worked as Assistant General Counsel at SunEdison from June 2010 to January 2017, managing negotiations for financial transactions and drafting solar project documents. Early career experience includes a legal internship focusing on property transactions and a paralegal role at Hogan Lovells, assisting with development documents for energy facilities. Kristin holds a JD from Villanova University and a BA in Pre-Law Studies from Penn State University.
