Vincent Carchidi is a knowledgeable professional with a strong background in technology policy, strategic technologies, and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Non-Resident Scholar in the Strategic Technologies and Cyber Security Program at the Middle East Institute since April 2023, Carchidi produces policy analyses and drafts Congressional testimony.
