Vincent Carchidi

Vincent Carchidi is a knowledgeable professional with a strong background in technology policy, strategic technologies, and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Non-Resident Scholar in the Strategic Technologies and Cyber Security Program at the Middle East Institute since April 2023, Carchidi produces policy analyses and drafts Congressional testimony. Previous experience includes an Analyst position at RAIN Defense + AI, where contributions were made to the development of an AI and defense platform, and an Editorial Intern role at The National Interest focused on technology policy and international affairs. Carchidi holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Rosemont College, complemented by various research and administrative roles.
