Anton Kargaltsev

Anton Kargaltsev has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anton started their career at Metro Cash and Carry as an Account Manager, where they managed sales and customer relationships. Anton then joined Lomarengas Oy as a Sales Specialist, where they engaged in various sales activities and account management.

After that, Anton co-founded and served as the Chairman of the Board for Party Print Suomi Oy, a start-up event company, where they focused on sales and networking.

Anton later joined Forenom, a major corporate housing provider, where they held multiple roles. Anton initially worked as a Hostel Category Manager and later took on the responsibilities of an Aparthotel and Hostel Category Manager, focusing on real estate development and expanding Forenom's portfolio in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

Anton then became a Real Estate Projects Director at Forenom, leading the strategic expansion of the company in the Nordic countries through the creation of new apart-hotels, hostels, and serviced apartments.

Currently, they hold the position of Head of Agency Operations at Forenom, overseeing the company's expansion outside the Nordic Region to Central and Western Europe, with a focus on concept development, sales, and capacity management operations. Anton is also responsible for department profit and loss.

Anton Kargaltsev holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management from Xamk - South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012. Anton also attended Saint Petersburg University of Economics and Services from 2005 to 2009, where they focused on social studies for six semesters. In addition to their formal education, Anton obtained certification as a User of MHG ERP System from MHG System Oy in January 2012, and as a User of 1C ERP System from Evroset ltd in January 2009.
