Moti Bahar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1999, they worked as a game developer at Raifu Intergames for a year before moving on to become a Software and IT Manager at Oniya@Shapira from 2000 to 2008. At Oniya@Shapira, they were responsible for software and IT management.

In 2008, Moti joined Omek Interactive where they held various roles. As a game developer, they developed demo games using LUA scripting language with the Ogre engine. Moti also worked as a software engineer, where they developed marking and compare tools for algorithm developers and improved and maintained the Omek SDK engine. Additionally, they served as a Software Tools Team Manager, where they developed software tools for the company, implemented Agile methodologies, and built a new team from scratch.

In 2013, Moti joined Intel Corporation as a Software Tools Team Manager. Moti led teams in developing a data management cloud-based website, various solutions for handling data collection and annotations, and an Object Recognition service. Moti utilized technologies such as C#, C++, web technologies, and cloud computing.

Most recently, since 2017, Moti has been working at Foresight Automotive. Moti started as a software tools developer before becoming a Software Engineer team leader and, most recently, a Software Engineer group leader.

Moti Bahar attended Atid Biran from 1997 to 1998, where they pursued a Programming Diploma. Following this, in the year 2008, they briefly studied games at Beit Berl. However, no specific degree was mentioned during their time at either institution.
