Jennifer Winkler Leydon

Jennifer Winkler Leydon has a diverse work experience in finance and technology. Jennifer started their career as a Senior Management Analyst at the City of Springfield, Massachusetts in February 2011. Jennifer then moved on to become a Budget Director, where they managed the development and implementation of the city's 5-year Capital and Spending plan. In November 2015, they became the Director of Business and Technology, where they led strategic planning and implemented major projects, such as the rollout of 500 body-worn cameras and the automation of property processing and criminal record keeping. During their time in this role, they also created and implemented a 3-Year Technology Plan for the police department. In March 2017, Jennifer joined JCW & Company as a Fractional CFO, where they worked with business owners to relieve overwhelm from business finances and help them grow their businesses. In June 2021, they became the Chief Financial Officer for the Town of Longmeadow, where they were responsible for the town's financial interests and oversaw the operating and capital budgets. Most recently, in June 2022, Jennifer started working at Foresight CFO as a Growth CFO, where they work in teams to help global CEOs and their teams overcome obstacles to growth and develop infrastructure and managers to drive success.
