McKenzie Carlisle

McKenzie Carlisle, Ph.D., currently serves as Senior Director of Regulatory Operations & Compliance at Foresight Diagnostics since July 2025. Prior to this role, McKenzie held multiple positions at ARUP Laboratories, including PharmaDx Director of Quality and PharmaDx Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs, focusing on the development and implementation of quality and regulatory strategies for IVD companion diagnostics. Previous experience includes managing an IVD product development portfolio as a Program Manager at BioFire Diagnostics, LLC, and serving in various research and administrative roles at the University of Utah, which encompassed overseeing graduate training programs, facilitating NIH training grant submissions, and conducting health behavior research as a postdoctoral fellow. McKenzie holds a Ph.D. in Social Health Psychology along with a Master's degree in the same field, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology from the University of Utah.
