Rusti Swanson has a strong background in the financial industry, with experience spanning over two decades. Currently, Rusti serves as the Chief Credit Officer - SVP at Foresight Financial Group, Inc. This position was obtained in 2022.

Previously, Rusti held the role of Credit Officer / SVP at HTLF from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, Rusti worked at Illinois Bank & Trust as the Senior Vice President - Commercial Banking Credit Manager from 2013 to 2018.

Additionally, Rusti obtained a Credit Risk Certification from The Risk Management Association (RMA) in 2014.
