Melissa Segarra

Melissa Segarra is a marketing and promotional expert with over fifteen years of experience in the industry. Melissa is currently the co-owner of the Foresight Group, but previously held the position of marketing manager for the North Florida division of Pulte Homes, Corp. During their time with Pulte Homes, they successfully managed all marketing and promotional activities for more than a dozen residential communities. This included three large, master-planned active adult communities that ranged from 1,700 to 4,000 planned home sites.

In addition to their work with Pulte Homes, Melissa has also interned with the office of the Honorable Bob Graham during their time as a United States Senator. During their internship, they gained valuable experience in legislative processes and procedures.

Throughout their career, Melissa has demonstrated their ability to develop successful marketing plans and campaigns, as well as manage budgets effectively. Her experience and expertise make their an invaluable asset to any organization.
