Suzie Ruffley

Suzie Ruffley is an accomplished Chief People Officer with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving at Foresight Group since January 2017, Suzie has held multiple strategic roles including Global Head of People and Sustainable Culture. Previous positions include Head of HR Operations at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and Senior Compensation Associate at State Street. Suzie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Coaching Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds, along with advanced training in strategic thinking and organizational leadership from Cambridge Judge Business School.
